  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return, or email our concierge team with your order number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewelry back into its original Aagrah Fine Jewels™ gift box and include the authenticity certificate to ensure a valid return process.

  Complimentary Pickup

  Once approved, we will schedule a secure, insured courier pickup from your doorstep at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  After our gemologists verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
